Hi

I am a WCS dancer from Boston and I will be visiting Reykjavik at the end of May. Where can I find the WCS dancing?

Hi Joany!

You will find it with us (and only us, I’m afraid)! Our usual dance nights are Thursdays but contact us a couple of weeks before you come and we might arrange something extra.

Btw, I was dancing in Boston July-November, and my girlfriend Maria has been dancing there for a whole year!

Oh Bummer. I have been dancing wcs for years in California. Had no clue it existed in Iceland. I will be arriving in Iceland on a Friday and leaving on the following Thursday later this month. Would have been fun to make it to one of your dances.

  Wow, you timed your visit badly for WCS. Our dance nights are Thursday nights! However, usually when WCS dancers visit the country, we try to set up a special dance night. When will you be in Iceland?
  By the way, once when I was at SwingDiego I saw a marker on the world map (the one in the lobby) for eastern Iceland. Was that you by any chance?

I’ll be in Iceland around May 13th for a couple of weeks. Backpacking for most of it, but will aim Reykjavik by the 24th. Might there be anything else on the 25th or 26th?
